Please REMEMBER to work within your limits. PAINFREE range is important. The exercises should be QUALITY over QUANTITY for each exercise. DO engage your CENTRE regularly through each exercise. Please do take extra breaks if you need them or pause and reset yourself and then continue. You know that I am happy that some of you will need to do variations which work better for you.

Think POSTURE, think CENTRING, think BREATHING. The breathing will really help to make your centre work more effectively and give your back better support, especially for the higher levels. REMEMBER to start each exercise in NEUTRAL SPINE position and depending on the exercise, you may need to remain in this position as you do the whole exercise.

You can always work without some of the equipment and improvise with cushions or a rolled towel.

Please DO ASK QUESTIONS during the class if you are struggling with an exercise, either on the chat or by turning yourself off mute momentarily. Or wave at me on screen. It is generally better for me to fix an exercise during the class, rather than at the end.
